HJDistributor LLC operates TestForge. This notice explains the information used to provide its testing workspace and the choices available to you.
Information used by the service
- Account details you provide, such as your name, username, email and organization. Passwords are stored as hashes.
- Workspace content: test cases, runs, results, comments, reports, attachments, invitations and settings.
- Security and operational records such as session identifiers, browser information, IP addresses, request and audit logs, and service health information.
- Subscription status and billing references when paid billing is configured. Payment providers process payment details; TestForge does not store full card numbers.
Why it is processed
We use this information to authenticate accounts, enforce workspace permissions, store and display testing records, operate the features you select, manage subscriptions, investigate errors or misuse, and respond to support requests.
Hosting and selected providers
This deployment is hosted on Cloudflare. Configured email and billing providers process the information needed for delivery and subscription management. When you use an integration or request AI assistance, the information needed for that action is sent to the provider selected for that workspace. API credentials are stored encrypted and used by the server to make authorized requests.
Optional analytics or support widgets may be configured by the platform operator. This notice does not claim that those tools are enabled. Contact us for the provider configuration relevant to your workspace or for a separate data-processing agreement.
Sharing choices
Workspace members can see content allowed by their roles. Platform administrators can administer the service. Creating public report or guest links exposes the selected information to people who have those links. Revoking a link prevents later access through TestForge but cannot remove copies a recipient already saved.
Customer-app SDK collection is optional and separate from ordinary workspace use. It requires integration and capture consent. Its replay is a structural timeline, not screen video. It is not required to use TestForge.
Storage, cookies and retention
Essential cookies maintain authenticated sessions. Browser storage remembers interface preferences and may hold offline records when you enable that feature. Workspace data remains available until removed or handled under the configured retention policy. Logs, feature records and backups have their own retention settings; deletion from the active workspace may precede removal from retained backups.
Access and requests
Use available export controls to retrieve workspace records. Your administrator manages membership and workspace access. Contact us to request account or workspace deletion, correct information, or ask about data handling. We may verify your identity and authority over a workspace before acting.
